Immeuble Jassedé, named after the developer who commissioned Hector Guimard to build two adjoining buildings in 1904-1905: a large apartment block on avenue de Versailles at the corner of rue Lancret and a smaller, more modest building on rue Lancret.

55 rue Molitor	`A large shell motif surrounded by duckweed adorns the door frame, which is topped by a motif evoking a ship's hull supporting a balcony. Above the window, an extraordinary mascaron depicts a male figure whose beard seems to be whipped by the wind. The hair is adorned with aquatic plants. Bamboos can be seen protruding from the hair.`
